Atomes Windows versions above 1.1.13 fail to start

All newest versions of Atomes (with or without Windows 10 and 11 dependencies, GTK3 as well as GTK4) do not work on a laptop running Windows 11, having the following specifications: Memory: 16 GB Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H[Cores 14] [Logical processors 20] Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Education The program attempts to start but the console and gui never opens, even though the executables are running in the background as can be seen in task manager.
