Scope: opt-in capture of current associated-Beacon clock evidence for explicit ordinary individual single-link session start. Missing or expired evidence is rejected before ownership allocation. Automatic distributed TSF synchronization, clock drift/epoch inference, autonomous recovery, protected/broadcast TWT and MLO/EMLSR execution remain unsupported. The simulator source tree is 78d417aeb; the tagged child changes only acceptance documentation.

No autonomous requester retry, delayed AP response, admission, negotiated executor installation/removal or automatic TSF synchronization is added. Protected/broadcast TWT, MLO/EMLSR, OFDMA, full-frame containment and energy validation remain unsupported.
