Draft: Enable checked individual TWT execution on ns-3.48
The default branch currently contains only the initial project README. This change imports the pinned official ns-3.48 history and provides a reusable simulator distribution with checked individual TWT capabilities. The repository contains simulator development, capability tests and generic English documentation; research workloads and result analysis belong in separate repositories.
Supported behavior includes local single-link QoS AP/STA execution, checked ordinary individual Setup/Teardown codecs, bounded requester/responder state, explicit common-clock mapping and shared paired session ownership, native RR TB/non-TB MU eligibility, independent PHY-state energy accounting, and separately opted-in AP-originated zero-token Accept metadata transport. The unsolicited transport reports receipt and exact-version MAC outcomes without implying STA consent or installing executor agreements. The configurable Spectrum probe varies population, MCS, width, spacing, timing, contention and polling while requiring real per-peer DATA and delivery.
Local acceptance for the checkpoint:
- 1130 default QUICK cases in 27 suites.
- Two existing physical probes, seven configurable MU profiles and 21 invalid-input checks.
- Ten native mapper-resolution processes with 100 arithmetic checks.
- 341 repeated QUICK cases in 14 isolated native address/undefined/leak sanitizer suites, three instrumented MU profiles and 21 invalid-input checks, without suppressions.
- Frozen source and log/binary hashes recorded before publication.
The required CI scripts passed locally. No GitLab server pipeline result is claimed. Runtime tools and tested-source details are retained with the acceptance record. The native MLO fixture failure was reproduced on pristine upstream before its MPDU loss-injection correction; all 568 required QUICK MLO cases now pass.
This remains a documented prototype. Autonomous distributed confirmation, unsolicited paired installation with STA semantic consent, automatic TSF synchronization, protected/broadcast TWT, multi-link/EMLSR execution, hardware power calibration and full-frame SP containment remain unsupported. Upstream history, SPDX identifiers and original authorship are preserved.
