A worker swarm whose entire coordination substrate is git itself: refs
under refs/swarm/ carry briefs, claims, returns, and verdicts; every
guarantee (exactly-once, honest outcomes, bounded retries) reduces to a
git property. CLI: seed/claim/work/verdict/evict + review/gate + audit.
No default origin (unset is a typed refusal). Apache-2.0.
