Create a web document with a minimalist HTML5 / CSS3 template. The template will be based on the use of new HTML semantic layout markup, i.e. sectioning elements, in order to organize the semantic content markup, and with a layout controlled by a basic CSS approach, using float-based layout, or preferably, by using an inline-block approach.
