Added makefile to compile project, generate docs and archive.

Updated README.md with author name, encountered problems and gcc version.

Added macOS system files to .gitignore to keep from version control

Configured doxyfile with the project name and some other options.

Added fresh doxyfile to generate documentation using doxygen.
